Even since i being promted... I have been snoring for at least once a week.. oh my god.. my sister had ben complain to me how noise i am.. I hardly snore wan lor.. this show i stress i am lor..

My boss ask me to go see what the market rate for my position so that he can write it at the apprisal for salary adjustment for confirmation. den dad say put 5k haha.. he think ppl stupid lah.. boss keep asking me to submit my apprisal but i keep dragging cos too early now onli oct but my confirmation is nov lah..

current company i did not reali learn much lor so was hoping to learn since i the only person in the hr dept. but i since to lost my aim and was thinking is it time to shift to new environment to learn more thing or am i ready to shift or am i ready for this position..
